Please note that a majority of US based (including Hawaii) hotels impose a daily mandatory additional charge that is automatically added to your bill by the hotel. There are various inclusions provided for these resort fees. These fees are separate from, cannot be prepaid prior to arrival and are in addition to our advertised package.

Please note many European hotels charge a nominal daily City Tourist Tax which is utilised locally for tourism-related purposes and to improve the local infrastructure in the area. This tax is collected by the hotels directly from the customer and the amount can vary by region, hotel size or type. Local regulations state this must be collected by the hotel and cannot be prepaid.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have checked the Visa requirements for all countries visited on this itinerary.

China, Russia, India, Canada, and the USA require visas to be arranged prior to sailing for all Australian passport holders.

Low Deposit Policy
Some cruise lines may charge a higher deposit if upgrading from an interior stateroom or adding additional benefits. Your consultant will advise at time of booking. A second deposit (part payment) will be required/date & amount will be supplied by the consultant at the time of booking.

BONUS Onshore Explorations Credit
Receive USD$50 onshore explorations credit per stateroom per port. The credit is applied to the first named passenger only and cannot be redeemed when excursions are purchased under a non lead passenger profile. One excursion per port per stateroom. The credit has no cash value and unused amounts are forfeited.

^Free Flights Offer – Terms & Conditions
Selected Explorations by Norwegian packages include free^ economy-class flights from designated Australian departure cities, as specified on the individual package. Eligible departure cities may include Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide, subject to the specific package booked.

Free^ flights are available only for travel on the package itinerary dates as determined by My Cruises. Requests to travel outside the published package dates, extend travel, change routing, upgrade cabin class, or make other flight deviations may incur additional charges and are subject to airline availability and approval.

Flights will be booked by My Cruises on full-service airline carriers selected at our discretion. Participating airlines may include, but are not limited to, Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Malaysian Airlines, Thai Airways, Emirates, Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways. Airline selection, routing, schedules, stopovers and connections are subject to availability and operational requirements at the time of booking.

Free^ flights may be provided via direct or indirect routings. Direct flights may be requested but cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional surcharge.

All flight arrangements must be booked and managed through your dedicated My Cruises Explorations by Norwegian travel consultant. Airline booking references and ticketing will be issued once all booking requirements have been met.

Full payment of the cruise package is required at the time of booking to facilitate the confirmation and ticketing of the included flight arrangements.

Free^ flights form part of the overall package and have no standalone cash value. No refund, credit, discount or other compensation will be provided if the flights are not required, are declined by the guest, or cannot be utilised for any reason.

Any amendments requested after flights have been booked, including name corrections, date changes, routing changes or cancellations, may incur airline fees, fare differences and applicable administration charges.

Free^ flights are available for a limited number of new bookings made from 24 July 2026. The offer is subject to available airfare inventory and may be withdrawn once the allocated allocation has been exhausted. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other product or service.

My Cruises reserves the right to substitute airlines, alter routing arrangements, or withdraw the offer at any time where required by airline schedules, operational requirements, availability or circumstances beyond its control.

Guests are responsible for obtaining and holding valid passports, visas, health documentation and any other travel documentation required for travel. Failure to obtain the necessary documentation does not entitle the guest to a refund of any flight-related costs or package components.

Please note – your cruise package has been advertised and will be booked on a Guarantee Stateroom Basis. This means:

Cabin Type/Description Confirmed: You are guaranteed a stateroom within the stateroom type you have booked (or higher).

Specific Cabin Number Not Assigned Yet: Your exact cabin number will be allocated by the cruise line closer to departure.

Possible Upgrade: In some cases, you may receive an upgrade to a higher category at no additional cost. (Important – this is not guaranteed to you)

Location May Vary: The cabin assigned could be located anywhere within the confirmed category on the ship.
