Selected Explorations by Norwegian packages include free^ economy-class flights from designated Australian departure cities, as specified on the individual package. Eligible departure cities may include Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide, subject to the specific package booked.
Free^ flights are available only for travel on the package itinerary dates as determined by My Cruises. Requests to travel outside the published package dates, extend travel, change routing, upgrade cabin class, or make other flight deviations may incur additional charges and are subject to airline availability and approval.
Flights will be booked by My Cruises on full-service airline carriers selected at our discretion. Participating airlines may include, but are not limited to, Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Malaysian Airlines, Thai Airways, Emirates, Qatar Airways and Etihad Airways. Airline selection, routing, schedules, stopovers and connections are subject to availability and operational requirements at the time of booking.
Free^ flights may be provided via direct or indirect routings. Direct flights may be requested but cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional surcharge.
All flight arrangements must be booked and managed through your dedicated My Cruises Explorations by Norwegian travel consultant. Airline booking references and ticketing will be issued once all booking requirements have been met.
Full payment of the cruise package is required at the time of booking to facilitate the confirmation and ticketing of the included flight arrangements.
Free^ flights form part of the overall package and have no standalone cash value. No refund, credit, discount or other compensation will be provided if the flights are not required, are declined by the guest, or cannot be utilised for any reason.
Any amendments requested after flights have been booked, including name corrections, date changes, routing changes or cancellations, may incur airline fees, fare differences and applicable administration charges.
Free^ flights are available for a limited number of new bookings made from 24 July 2026. Cabin Type/Description Confirmed: You are guaranteed a stateroom within the stateroom type you have booked (or higher).
Specific Cabin Number Not Assigned Yet: Your exact cabin number will be allocated by the cruise line closer to departure.
Possible Upgrade: In some cases, you may receive an upgrade to a higher category at no additional cost. (Important – this is not guaranteed to you)
Location May Vary: The cabin assigned could be located anywhere within the confirmed category on the ship.
