It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all names provided match their passport exactly, including all given names, and that their passport remains valid for at least six (6) months beyond the completion of their trip. The customer will be responsible for any costs, fees, penalties, booking amendments, or travel disruptions resulting from incorrect passenger names, invalid passport information, expired passports, or the late submission of required passport details.

Visa and Entry Requirements
Visa and entry requirements differ for each traveller and are determined by government authorities. These requirements can change at any time without notice.
As we are not able to provide advice on visa eligibility or documentation, travellers should refer to the official consulate, embassy, or government resources for their destination to confirm what is required.
Travellers are responsible for obtaining the correct visas and travel documents for their trip, including meeting any pre departure or on arrival requirements. All associated costs are the responsibility of the traveller.

Health
It is the responsibility of the customer to check and comply with the health, vaccination, COVID-19 and immigration requirements of each origin and destination country, and health requirements imposed by air, tour, cruise and accommodation providers. Vaccinations, testing and quarantine costs are the expense of the customer. Comprehensive travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage is strongly recommended.

Guest Conduct and Respect
All customers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful manner, comply with the laws and regulations of the countries visited, and avoid behaviour that may disrupt the enjoyment of other guests.
All members of the group, including fellow travellers, the Tour Leader and the driver, are expected to be treated with respect. Abuse, harassment, threatening behaviour or any form of violence will not be tolerated.
Should such behaviour occur, the company reserves the right to remove the guest from the tour immediately. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the tour or associated costs.

Seat Rotation
We operate a mandatory seat rotation policy to ensure that all travellers have a fair opportunity to experience different seating positions throughout the tour, including window seats and seats towards the front of the coach.
Passengers are required to follow the seat rotation schedule and any seating instructions provided by the Tour Leader. The Tour Leader will manage the rotation and may make reasonable adjustments where necessary.
Personal seating preferences or similar reasons do not automatically exempt a traveller from participating in the seat rotation. Any exceptions are at the discretion of the Tour Leader.

Tipping
We believe the people you travel with are an important part of every journey.
Your Tour Leader and Driver work hard behind the scenes and throughout your tour to create a smooth, enjoyable and memorable experience. They are bringing each destination to life. Gratuities are a long-standing part of the tourism industry in Europe and are a wonderful way to recognise great service.
While tipping is at your discretion, they are greatly appreciated by our Tour Leaders and Drivers. As a general industry recommendation, the amount suggested is £4–6 / €5–7 per person, per day, per crew member. All gratuities go directly to your Tour Leader and Driver.

Group Size
You will meet like-minded travellers on tour and may even make lifelong friends. This holiday will proceed with a minimum group size of approximately 30 passengers and a maximum group size of approximately 48 passengers. If the trip does not operate, you will be offered a credit.

Itinerary
The operating schedule and itinerary may be impacted without notice by adverse weather, seasonal factors, closures, local conditions, COVID-19 or other factors beyond our control including force majeure. If attractions are not available due to reasons beyond our control such as closures or adverse weather, alternatives will be provided where possible. The itinerary and its order, sightseeing and transportation may be adjusted as deemed appropriate by the operator for optimum safety, enjoyment and operation. Any reference to ‘optional’, ‘not included’ or ‘exclusions/excluded’ means at your own expense.

Flights
The outbound flight may depart one day prior to day 1 shown on the itinerary. The inbound flight may arrive one day after the final day shown on the itinerary. Flights are booked approximately 5 – 8 months prior to departure. The flights included in your package are based on a specific predetermined airfare allowance. Should there be a significant increase in airfares, fuel levies, taxes or government fees at the time of booking flights, then an airfare supplement may be imposed. The flights team will discuss options with you prior to ticketing, should this situation arise. Flights may not operate daily or directly to your destination. No show of any flight sectors will result in the automatic cancellation of all onward flights by the airline.
