Our multi-country Europe tours are carefully designed to give a real insight into the highlights, culture, and beauty of each country. Each day will be different, with a combination of travel days, sightseeing and free time to explore or take a breather as you wish.

Pace
The pace of this tour is moderate, offering a comfortable balance between sightseeing and free time to join optional activities in Spain, Portugal and Morocco.

Fitness
A moderate level of fitness is required. Travellers must be able to move about independently, including getting on and off coaches, walking through historic city centres, busy medinas, navigating cobblestone streets, stairs and uneven ground, and keeping pace with the group during guided tours. This tour is not suitable for travellers requiring wheelchairs, mobility scooters or specialised assistance. If you have mobility or health concerns, please contact us before booking so we can help determine if this tour is suitable for you.

Accommodation
Accommodation has been carefully selected to provide comfort, convenience and value throughout your journey. Hotels are generally of a 3-star or 4-star local rating and may be located outside city centres, often with access to public transport and major road networks. Properties are chosen for their suitability for touring groups and provide a comfortable base from which to explore each destination.

Travel with a group of like-minded travellers and share unforgettable experiences across Spain and Portugal. The maximum group size is approximately 48 passengers per vehicle.

Meals
Daily breakfast is included throughout the tour, as well as a number of dinners. Breakfasts are typically continental buffet style and vary between properties. Included dinners showcase regional flavours and local cuisine. For meals not included, your Tour Leader can recommend a variety of local dining options. Please advise any dietary requirements at the time of booking. While requests will be passed on to suppliers where possible, they cannot be guaranteed.

Accommodation
Each has been carefully selected to suit the size and needs of the group. They may not be centrally located, but are typically near public transport options, and your friendly guide will provide a helpful orientation tour on arrival into many of the cities you visit. Our accommodation is quality 3 to 4-star or higher local rating. Hotel names referenced are to be used as an indicative guide for the standard of accommodation to expect. Actual hotels may differ and will be confirmed on your final documentation.

Extra Accommodation
Extend your stay in Barcelona or Casablanca, including breakfast, starting from $385 per room per night in Casablanca and $400 per room per night from Barcelona. A maximum of two additional nights may be booked at each hotel. Pre and Post tour accommodation need to be confirmed 60 days prior to departure date Standard tour amendment and cancellation fees apply to pre- and post-tour accommodation bookings.

Optional Programs
Optional activities may be available throughout Spain, Portugal and Morocco and provide an excellent opportunity to further explore each destination. Activities such as traditional Moroccan dinners, cooking classes, desert experiences or boat cruises may be offered by local suppliers and can be booked directly whilst travelling. Availability is subject to seasonal conditions and minimum numbers.

A single supplement from $2000*pp is payable in addition to the twin share price for solo occupancy.

Exclusions
Meals not stated, drinks with meals, airport transfers (unless specified), travel insurance (strongly recommended), optional activities, visas (if required), tipping, personal expenses and anything not explicitly listed in the inclusions are at your own expense.

Payment
A first deposit from $499 per person is required to secure your booking. A second deposit (partial payment) is due 10 months before departure – the amount to be advised at the time of booking. The final balance will be due 5 months before departure. Full payment is due at the time of booking for departures within 5 months.

Pace
The pace of this tour is moderate, offering a comfortable balance between sightseeing and leisure time. While there are a number of travel days between destinations, the itinerary also includes free time in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Lisbon, Fes and Marrakech, allowing you the flexibility to explore independently, relax or participate in optional activities. Most destinations feature one or two-night stays, with some longer stays in Morocco to allow for deeper exploration of the country’s diverse landscapes and culture.

Extra Accommodation
Extend your holiday with pre-tour accommodation in Barcelona or post-tour accommodation in Casablanca, subject to availability. Additional nights typically include breakfast. Pricing will be advised at the time of enquiry.

Child
This tour is best enjoyed by adult travellers and is generally not suitable for children under 10 years of age. Children aged 10 years and above are subject to the adult price and must be accompanied by an adult.

Tipping
Tipping for guides, drivers and Tour Leaders is discretionary but appreciated. It is customary in Spain, Portugal and Morocco to tip in recognition of excellent service. Local guides can provide advice on appropriate tipping practices in each destination.

Optional Tours
Optional activities may be available throughout Spain, Portugal and Morocco and provide an excellent opportunity to further explore each destination. Activities such as traditional Moroccan dinners, cooking classes, desert experiences or boat cruises may be offered by local suppliers and can be booked directly whilst travelling. Availability is subject to seasonal conditions and minimum numbers.

Group Size
You will travel with like-minded travellers and may even make lifelong friends along the way. This holiday will operate with a maximum group size of approximately 48 passengers.

Itinerary
The operating schedule and itinerary may be impacted without notice by adverse weather, seasonal factors, local conditions, road closures, special events or other circumstances beyond our control. If attractions become unavailable, alternative arrangements may be provided where possible. The order of sightseeing, accommodations and transportation in Spain, Portugal and Morocco may be adjusted by the operator to ensure the smooth operation of the tour. References to “optional”, “not included” or “excluded” indicate these items are at your own expense.

Deviation
Any request to deviate from the original dates or routing, including early arrival and stay behind, is subject to a flight deviation fee from $150 per person plus applicable airfare and tax difference. Packaged tour extensions are not subject to the deviation fee (applicable airfare and tax difference may still apply) if booked according to the original advertised dates and routing.

Passport
Each customer must provide a copy of the passport photo page at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all names are full names exactly matched to the passport with six months validity beyond trip completion. The customer is liable for all fees due to incorrect names, invalid passport information and expired passports.

Visa and Entry Requirements
Visa and entry requirements differ for each traveller and are determined by government authorities. These requirements can change at any time without notice. As we are not able to provide advice on visa eligibility or documentation, travellers should refer to the official consulate, embassy, or government resources for their destination to confirm what is required. Travellers are responsible for obtaining the correct visas and travel documents for their trip, including meeting any pre departure or on arrival requirements. All associated costs are the responsibility of the traveller.

Health
It is the responsibility of the customer to check and comply with the health, vaccination, COVID-19 and immigration requirements of each origin and destination country, and health requirements imposed by air, tour, cruise, and accommodation providers. Vaccinations, testing, and quarantine costs are the expense of the customer. Comprehensive travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage is strongly recommended.

Baggage
Each person is entitled to a strict maximum of one bag not exceeding 20kg on tour, superseding any other baggage allowance. Excess baggage is not permitted. You are strongly encouraged to pack lightly. A light day bag or backpack is permitted on the coach. Porterage is not included, and you are required to carry your own bags. Luggage and personal effects are your own risk, and we hold no liability for lost or damaged belongings.

Breakaway
Customers must always remain with the tour group and must not leave the tour unless written approval is provided before departure.

Documentation
Final documentation will be emailed within two weeks of departure. For packages consisting of multiple tours or countries, documentation will be emailed individually within two weeks of departure of each respective tour.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended. Ask our holiday experts for great coverage options.

Force Majeure
Force majeure means any natural disaster, accident, fire, act of God, act of war, terrorism, legally binding judgment, injunction, action of a court or other relevant authority, emergency, unplanned repairs, maintenance, strike, industrial dispute, work ban, blockade or picketing, travel ban, pandemic, epidemic or outbreak of infectious disease, or other event beyond our reasonable direct or indirect control. In case of force majeure or other extraordinary event that prevents safe travel, the supplier reserves the right to adjust, postpone or cancel the trip.

Flights
The outbound flight may depart one day prior to day 1 shown on the itinerary. The inbound flight may arrive one day after the final day shown on the itinerary. Flights are booked approximately 8 to 10 months prior to departure. The flights included in your package are based on a specific predetermined airfare allowance. Should there be a significant increase in airfares, fuel surcharges, taxes, or government fees at the time of booking flights, then an airfare supplement may be imposed. The flights team will discuss options with you prior to ticketing, should this situation arise. Flights may not operate daily or directly to your destination. No show of any flight sectors will result in the automatic cancellation of all onward flights by the airline.

Fuel
In the unlikely event of a significant increase in fuel costs levied by third-party air, land and cruise transportation operators before travel, a fuel supplement may be passed on to the customer.

Change & Cancellation Fees
Changes for any reason will incur a fee of $110 per person per change in addition to any travel service provider fees. Cancellation for any reason will incur a fee of $550 per person in addition to any travel service provider fees. Travel service provider fees for the tour and air components of the package are dependent on the date of the change or cancellation as follows:
0-29 days before departure 100% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply;
30-60 days before departure 65% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply;
61-99 days before departure 50% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply;
100-180 days before departure 30% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply;
181+ days before departure 10% of the tour fee and 100% of the air fee will apply.
Airfares are generally non-refundable but any refundable ticket taxes will be returned. Full details of the change and cancellation fees is outlined in the Terms & Conditions available on our website.
