MS Fram

Purpose-built as an expedition cruise ship, MS Fram is designed to bring the outside in, with a fresh Nordic look and feel across all seven decks. MS Fram was most recently refurbished in 2022 and carries just 250 passengers.

Onboard Experiences

There are plenty of ways to spend your days onboard MS Fram. After a day of exploration, you can relax in a hot tub, work up a sweat in the fitness room or catch up with your fellow guests with a cocktail in hand while watching the scenery glide past in the Explorer Lounge & Bar. For a more immersive experience, head to the Science Centre, where you’ll learn more about the places to sail to as you listen to talks by the Expedition Team.

Onboard Dining

Every day onboard MS Fram, your tastebuds will get the opportunity to explore. Each of the three onboard restaurants features skilled chefs who create exciting menus using ingredients from the regions visited on your cruise. Restaurant Lindstrom fuses Norwegian fare with modern cuisine, while Restaurant Aune serves a variety of dishes. There’s also an outdoor BBQ area on the top deck, which is the perfect place to feast in the fresh air.
