At My Cruises, we offer a wide range of exclusive holiday packages and advertise these at a national and international level.
While we always endeavour to create accurate advertising material for our holiday packages, we do sometimes make mistakes – after all, we are only human. In these cases, we have to retract, correct and/or acknowledge incorrect advertisements and messages that have gone public.

The Classic Iceland & The Norwegian Fjords holiday package (Deal Code: MC-31249) advertised in our press ad in the Herald Sun 03.12.2024 has sold out of the lead in cabins at the $6990 price point. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Retraction added 2:54pm 28 November 2024.
The Stunning French Polynesia & Hawaii from Sydney package (Deal Code: MC-33579) advertised in our press ad in Saturday Escape on the 16 November 2024 was incorrectly advertised as 16 nights, however consists of 21 nights as stated on the website. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Retraction added 3:40pm 15 November 2024.
The ‘Unrivalled Luxury | Autumn Colours of Japan’ package featured in the Escape Section of Adelaide Sunday Mail, Sydney Sun Telegraph, Brisbane Sunday Mail and Herald Sun Sunday, and Escape.com.au on 19 Feb 2023 incorrectly advertised 28-Days from $7,990. This package is 13 Nights at $7,990 per person onboard Regent Seven Seas Explorer as stated on the website.

The A TASTE OF ITALY & THE GREEK ISLANDS holiday package (Deal Code: MC-30663) advertised in our press ad in the Sydney Daily Telegraph (30.03.2024) has the incorrect map, with Rome, Corfu, Athens and Santorini being displayed in the wrong locations. BUCKET LIST CHINA & JAPAN | CRUISE & TOUR DISCOVERY (Deal Code: MC-31435) advertised in our press ad Adelaide Sunday Mail Escape 05.05.2024 advertised “The Temple of Heaven” in Beijing as the hero image and was listed on our website however this is not a sightseeing destination included in our itinerary. The DISCOVER THE HEART OF THE CANADIAN ROCKIES IN 2025 holiday package (Deal Code: MC-31156) advertised in our print ad In Herald Sun Sunday Escape Section on Sunday 12 May incorrectly advertised the wrong map. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Retraction added 3:45pm 10 May 2024.
The Bali, Kimberley Coast & Southern Australia Exploration holiday package (Deal Code: MYX-34295) advertised in our press ad in the Herald Sun 24.02.2025 has the incorrect map. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Retraction added 3:40pm 24 February 2025.
The NCL X- New Year Asia, Kimberley Coast, Southern Australia & NZ holiday package (Deal Code: MYX-34296 ) advertised in our press ads over the weekend of 22.03.2025 – 23.03,2025 has sold out of Inside Cabins at the lead in price of $12,990 and cannot be honored. The Explorations by Norwegian African Mystique: London to Cape Town holiday package (Deal Code: MYX-33260) promoted on our social media between 6 January 2025-14 May 2025 incorrectly advertised the price started from $9490 instead of from $10990.
