Welcome to Kiriwina Island! With its crystal-clear waters and jungle-clad cliffs, Kiriwina is a slice of paradise. Spend the day beach-side, where you can snorkel in coral reefs, shop for traditional handicrafts and, if you’re lucky, catch a game of the local’s fascinating take on cricket.
Rabual was built on mangrove swampland by the Germans in the late 1800’s. The island has a coloured past with it’s presence in World War II which can be learnt in a 3 hour tour. It is also home to incredible wildlife such as tiny tree kangaroos and giant butterflies.
