Terms & Conditions 

Eligibility: 

1- Whilst stocks last, the bonus Case of Penfolds Wine Giveaway (“Gift”) is open to individuals only who purchase a qualifying cruise holiday package from the Promotor during the Promotion Period and otherwise comply with these terms (“Promotion”).

2- Ignite Holidays Pty Ltd trading as My Cruises (“My Cruises”) is the Promotor.

3- The Gift is provided by the Promotor’s related entity Ignite Travel Group Pty Ltd under its QLD Liquor Licence No. 252152.

4- The Promotion is available only to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of booking.

5- The Promotion is valid for new bookings made directly with My Cruises during the promotional period (as specified below) and strictly whilst stock of the Gift lasts. 

Promotion Period: 

• The Promotion starts at 23.01.2025 and ends 28.02.2025 (“Promotion Period”) unless extended or terminated earlier by My Cruises. 
• Bookings made outside the Promotion Period are not eligible. 

How to Participate: 

1- To qualify for the Gift customers must: 

• Purchase a qualifying cruise holiday package with My Cruises 
• The Gift will then (subject to availability) be provided at no additional cost upon confirmation of the booking and payment. 

2- The Gift will be delivered to the customer’s preferred address on Wednesday 26th March 2025. If customers are not available to accept the delivery on the scheduled date a re-delivery fee will apply.

3- Limit of one Gift per customer. 

Wine Details: 

• The Gift will consist of six (6) bottles of Penfolds Bin 8 Shiraz Cabernet 2019 
• The Gift is strictly subject to availability. My Cruises reserves the right to substitute the wine selection with another of equal or greater value, should there be supply issues with the Penfolds wine. 
• The Gift will only be delivered within Australia. International addresses are not eligible for delivery. 
• The customer must be of legal drinking age (18 years or older) in order for the Gift to be delivered. My Cruises reserves the right to both verify the recipient’s age before shipping the wine and/or refuse delivery of the Gift to intoxicated persons. 

Exclusions: 

1- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

2- The Gift is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3- The Gift applies only to the specified cruise packages and is not valid for any other services, tours, or products. 

Booking and Payment Terms: 

1- A valid credit card or other accepted payment method must be provided at the time of booking.

2- A full or partial payment (non-refundable deposit) for the cruise package must be completed before the bonus case of wine is shipped.

3- Any cancellations or changes to the cruise booking may result in forfeiture of the Gift. 

Privacy and Data Use: 

1- By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in My Cruise’s privacy policy.

2- My Cruises may contact customers via email or phone to confirm the booking and arrange for the delivery of the Gift. 

Limitation of Liability: 

1- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its officers, employees, agents, suppliers and any related bodies corporate of the Promoter exclude all liability for any claim, liability, loss or damage (including personal injury, death, property damage, and any liability for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of use, loss of opportunity and any kind of indirect, special or consequential loss or damage) which is suffered or sustained by any individual in connection with the Promotion or the use of the Gift, including without limitation as a result of receiving the Gift, any allergies or adverse reactions, any tax liability, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control), any Gift that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or its suppliers, contractors or agents or any person associated with any of them or any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference. 

Amendments to the Terms: 

1- My Cruises reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

2- Any amendments will be communicated through My Cruise’s official website and/or direct communication with customers. 

Governing Law: 

1- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

2- Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
