MS Kong Harald

MS Kong Harald was most recently refurbished in 2016 and features a modern, Arctic-inspired interior, along with a range of convenient amenities.

Onboard Experiences

There is plenty to keep you occupied onboard MS Kong Harald when not marvelling at the wonders of Norway. Enjoy a workout in the fitness room before detoxing in the sauna or soaking in one of two onboard hot tubs. If you’re looking for a good vantage point of Norway’s spectacular coastal scenery, the top deck of MS Kong Harald features a sun deck, observation saloon and panorama lounge.

MS Kong Harald also offers an onboard Coastal Experience Team, which serves as a university at sea. Enjoy a range of interesting lectures, presentations and activities designed to help you learn more about the nature, culture and other phenomena encountered along the Norwegian coast.

When it comes to dining, Hurtigruten serves a wide range of traditional Norwegian fare, along with international favourites. MS Kong Harald has three onboard restaurants, including the buffet-style Torget, the bistro-style Brygga, and Kysten, which offers an a la carte menu. After dinner, why not head to Multe, an onboard bakery and ice cream bar that serves a wide range of sweet treats? Meanwhile, Explorer Bar offers a range of hot and cold beverages, complete with panoramic views.
